This notice describes how Fundación Chile, through its Expande initiative, processes the personal data you provide in this form, in accordance with Chilean Law No. 19.628 and, once in force, Law No. 21.719.

Purpose

To coordinate your potential participation in the Innovation Piloting Study (contact and scheduling) and, if you agree to the interview, to analyze your answers in an aggregated and anonymized way.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when submitting this form, and the legitimate interest of running the Study.

Data we process

Contact data (name, email, organization) and profile data (role, country, type of organization, availability). We apply minimization: only what's needed for the purpose.

Anonymization

Study results are expressed as patterns, ranges and good practices. We don't cite your name or your organization's without your prior written authorization. Information is shared with the client only in aggregated and anonymized form.

Data processors

We use technology providers (forms, storage) acting as data processors under instructions and with appropriate security measures.

Retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purpose and, in any case, up to 24 months after the Study ends, unless required by law.
